These Terms and Conditions govern your use of DealAnew and purchases made through our website. DealAnew is operated by Eden Fragrance Sdn. Bhd. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products and availability

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, pricing and availability. Product appearance may vary slightly from the images shown. All orders are subject to stock availability and acceptance by us.

2. Prices

All prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless stated otherwise. Prices may include applicable taxes where required. Delivery charges, when applicable, will be shown before payment.

3. Orders

An order is confirmed after successful payment and acceptance by us. We may cancel or reject an order if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, information is incomplete, fraud is suspected or an obvious pricing error has occurred.

4. Payment

Payments are processed through authorised third-party payment providers. Customers must provide accurate payment information and confirm that they are authorised to use the selected payment method.

5. Referral discounts and commissions

Eligible customers may receive discounts through valid referral codes. Referral discounts and commissions may vary according to the member level, product-specific settings and the applicable DealAnew Network rules.

Commissions remain pending until the relevant order has been paid and completed. Commissions may be cancelled or reversed where an order is cancelled, refunded, disputed, fraudulent or otherwise invalid.

6. Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather, customs or other circumstances outside our control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled according to our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Customers should contact us within the stated return period and provide their order number and supporting information.

8. Customer accounts

Customers are responsible for keeping login credentials secure. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

9. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit false information, conduct fraudulent transactions or use the platform for unlawful activities.
